From the 1st of October 2007, the laws regarding airsoft guns are changing. This is a brief summary of those changes, more information can be found here: www.ukara.org.uk

If you are under 18 years of age, it will be illegal for you to buy an airsoft gun (pistol rifle or grenade launcher), this does not affect parts, accessories, shells, ammo or gas. It will also be illegal for anyone to sell a gun to you, whether you are a skirmisher or not.

Over 18s will have to prove that they are airsoft skirmishers. They can do this by taking out membership of an airsoft site which holds third-party liability insurance. In order to facilitate remote selling, UKARA the retailers organisation, has set up a database to which sites can submit their members details. Once a player is verified & on the database, any UKARA member can quickly check that a purchaser is entitled to buy an airsoft gun.

We encourage all sites to register with UKARA, it is free and it mean that there will be more choice for the players of where to get their memberships.

As a founder member of UKARA, Firesupport are fully committed to this scheme and to abiding by the UKARA Code of Conduct.

Anyone will still be able to buy parts, gas, ammo and accessories.

We will be still able to sell to Trade customers, film and theatre companies.

We sell guns that are made by Tokyo Marui, Maruzen, Classic Army, ICS, Elite, JET and TOP. As well as selling guns and sniper rifles at fire-support we also sell pistols that are made by Western Arms, Tokyo Marui, KSC . The airsoft guns and sniper rifles sold by fire-support can also be upgraded and maintained. Fire-support offers a full service facility of your equipment even if the equipment has not been sold by us. From time to time we have special offers at fire-support which means that you can even more value for money. Buying your equipment from us means you will get a good quality service for a very reasonable price.

As well as running a web shop we also have been and still are running a successful airsoft site called Free Fire Zone. Free Fire Zone is near Peterborough in Cambridgeshire. Free Fire Zone has been running events every other Sunday for the last two years. Our average attendance is now 80 people with a maximum so far attending of 105. Free Fire Zone plays on a mixture of woodland and scrub over 70 acres of land. The web site for Free Fire Zone is www.freefirezone.co.uk. On the web site you will see photographs and video footage of the site. Free Fire Zone is a able to supply hire guns for up to 20 people and these are regularly booked up 2 - 3 games in advance. Corporate / private days are available on requests and a price will be calculated for the whole day.
