Standard Warranty/Guarantee (excluding cheap chinese copies see below section)

All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

For all standard items a period of 6 months from the date of the invoice shall apply.

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Firesupport immediately (sales@fire-support.co.uk) to discuss your problem. At our discression, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by our engineers.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 7 days and must be "AS NEW",un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB's.
All refunds will have the original cost of postage and the cost of the refund (£1) deducted from them.
No refunds can be issued on products that have been custom built to order

OUR ENGINEERS ARE ALL FULLY TRAINED TO UNDERTAKE REPAIR AND REMEDIAL WORK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US YOURSELF - DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.PLEASE OBSERVE ANY ADVICE GIVEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE CONCERNING BATTERY TYPES AND POWER AS USING AN INCORRECT BATTERY IN YOUR NEW AEG WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.

How do I get my Firesupport product repaired under its warranty?:

If a product proves faulty within 6 months from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:

Conditions of the Warranty:

Original receipt required as proof of purchase.
No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
Exclusions
The Firesupport warranty does not include any the following:
-Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
-Any breakages as a result of accidental/neglegent damage.
-Any routine maintenance required
-Any faults arising from misuse
-Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Firesupport
-Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by the Firesupport engineers
-Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's (Staff can provide full details of approved BB makes)
-If a GBB / Springer / product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than HFC 134A or Cybergun Gas

Your Firesupport warranty is also invalidated if:

The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by our engineers)
Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) have been carried out by any non Firesupport personnel
A fault has arisen from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's
You use any gas other than 134A or or Cybergun Gas in Marui GBB's.

Firesupport may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.

English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Warranty / Disclaimer re high powered, Low priced Chinese copy AEGs.

Cheap chinese guns are cheap copies of Marui and other high quality branded AEGs
Please bear in mind that you are getting what you pay for these guns are extremely good value for money but may not shoot as well (accuracy wise) as a gun from the non Chinese manufacturers.
We will ensure that the gun and magazine is tested and works when it leaves the shop
.We supply a 10 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and goods in a new resalable condition with all manuals and accessories. The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals.
If the item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, please notify us first by email and return to us at your own expense, including all accessories, original box and manuals.Once the item has been received by us, it will be thoroughly inspected for the above misuse and if a manufacturing fault is found, the item will be repaired or replaced, in the event we are out of stock of the item a refund will be offered.
We can not refund any unwanted item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories.
Any warrenty offered does not cover items easy broken with force, such as cocking handles, body parts, plastic bodyshells, wings, stocks etc.
There is no warranty on scopes, or bipods or magazines.
Most of the cheap chinese copies are supplied with a battery and charger.These are of poor quality and sold without warranty (we do not advertise the fact they are in the box).
Some chargers included in the box will require a 2 to 3 pin adapter.
We reccommend that you buy a decent charger and battery such as those sold in our store.

Only use high quality bb's such as Marui or Excel bb's to achive best results from your gun.
