The Heat Stone is to be used in the Heat2Eat Self Steamer
Gives you a piping hot meal in 15- 30 minutes
Add approx 200ml of water to the self steamer base. (check the line in the Hear to Eat pot)
Submerge the heat stone into the water
Add your food into the steaming tray put the lid on
15 - 30 minutes later your food is ready
Each HeatSone can only used once
