 COVID 19 OPENING Procedure

Firesupport are to open their doors, on a limited basis, on Mon July 6th.

We will then be opening Monday to Friday and every other Saturday, Please check dates before arriving.

TO SPEED UP YOUR SHOP in Person, try a SHOP COLLECT ORDER - Order online, choose delivery country of SHOP, add comments of when you will collect

FREE postage has ended.

There are limitations to what we can accommodate while remaining Covid secure.

Our staff and customers welfare is important to us, so please study the below. 

Please adhere to it for the benefit of us all.

1. Please hand sanitize on entering lobby.

2. Ring the bell and move out of the entrance.

3. Only 1 person in shop at a time (no friends , family etc).

4. Time in shop limited to 20 mins if others are waiting.

4a We can only accept card payments (NO CASH)

5. Please DO NOT touch items on the wall or shop.

6. Please have an idea of what you want to buy.

7. You can touch items you want to buy but please wear gloves.

8. If shop busy, please wait outside and keep 2m distance from others.

9. If you can please order online and choose shop collection allow 3 hours notice.

10. Shop collect is a delivery country option on checkout.

11. There are NO Public Toilets available.
